Daniela Artunduaga is currently an Account Manager of Aerotek, Inc., a $12.5 billion privately held staffing company and recipient of Inavero’s 2016 Best of Staffing® Award for remarkable service. In her role, Daniela is responsible for acquiring, managing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Distribution and Manufacturing industry. Because of her passion for sales and the mentorship she received, Daniela was quickly promoted to her current role only six months after she started with Aerotek.
Born in Ibague, Colombia, she moved to the United States at 14 years of age with no previous knowledge of the English language. Daniela quickly adapted, overcame the language and cultural barriers. She began to excel in her classes and graduated from high school with honors at 16 years of age.
Daniela earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Spanish Literature minor, from the University of California at Riverside. As a sophomore in college, in order to pay for her own education, Daniela discovered her gift in sales by selling high-end cutlery sets. She obtained top sales awards for six consecutive months, then recruited and managed her own office team. Daniela was a key member for her region, winning two national awards.
Daniela currently resides in Miami, FL. Her goal is to positively influence as many people as she can by developing herself and others around her. She attributes all her previous and future successes to her mother, who taught her to be a fierce competitor, have a strong work ethic, and to be the best version of herself every day.
