The National Diversity Council is an organization committed to inclusive leadership, embracing diversity, and respecting social, political, and cultural differences. Our organization recognizes the ongoing research with the term Latinx. Out of respect for the Spanish language and gender-nonconforming LGBTQ+ individuals, the terms Latino, Latina, and Latinx will be used throughout our annual Latino Leadership Conference program.
