Manager, Diversity and Inclusion at PCL Construction
For Priscilla Chavez, the construction industry is more than just building. To her, it’s about breaking out of the traditional misbeliefs and discovering unique ways of making a difference in local communities. As the manager of diversity and inclusion at PCL Construction, Priscilla oversees all aspects of government relations, community outreach, supplier diversity, and local hiring requirements.
As a certified Master Compliance Administrator from Morgan State University, Priscilla is recognized as one of the industry’s leading compliance professional in Southern California. She’s passionate about discovering and creating unique ways to make a difference in the construction industry and in the community in which she lives and work.
Currently, Priscilla Chavez serves as the vice president of the National Association of Women In Construction Los Angeles Chapter and as co-chair of the Women Business Enterprise Council. She is also a board member of the Los Angeles Trade Technical College Foundation as well as an active corporate member of the National Association of Minority Contractors, Women in Architecture and Design, Chinese American Construction Professionals and many other professional organizations!
Recently, Priscilla Chavez was recognized as one of L.A’s Most Outstanding Women in Construction & Design by the Los Angeles Business Journal. With a passionate for educating small businesses and individuals through PCL’s network, Priscilla Chavez is out to provide opportunities for communities to thrive and grow.
