Nicole Hall

Nicole M. Hall is the Go-To-Market Transformation Leader for Capgemini’s North American Application Services business unit. In this role, Nicole drives transformational projects that better enable the Go-To-Market teams to deliver concrete business results to their clients. She specifically leads the Journey Navigation and Future Ideation streams in order to enhance the overall customer experience and challenge the Go-To-Market model to find new and creative ways to grow bookings and revenue. Nicole also leads all sales related learning and development initiatives and helps manage the account planning program for the organization’s most strategic accounts in North America.
Nicole began her career with Capgemini as a technical developer and architect, and after learning how to write code she led consultant and client delivery teams in North America and India. Nicole is passionate about people development and continues to play an active role in the leadership teams of the college recruiting program at Capgemini as well as two of the company’s largest Employee Resource Groups, Women’s LEAD and HOLA (Hispanic Opportunity Leadership Awareness).
Nicole holds a B.S. in Finance, Economics, and International Business from Trinity University. While she now resides in Houston, Nicole still calls the Rio Grande Valley home. Growing up on the coast in Port Isabel, TX, Nicole enjoys spending as much of her free time as possible fishing and enjoying the outdoors with her family and friends.
