Adriana L. Holguin has been with Toyota Motor North America since March of 2014. Adriana serves as the Diversity Specialist for the San Antonio, Long Beach, CA & Mexico plants where she oversees diversity awareness, education and initiatives & the employee resource groups at each location. Prior to her new role, Adriana served in the Team Member Relations and Team Member Services departments of HR for seven years with Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas where she had responsibility for the plants Cafeteria, Team Store, plant-wide events and all vehicle service programs.
Adriana previously chaired the TMMTX chapter of their Women’s Leadership Forum and currently chairs the Toyota North American Vietnam Veterans Commemorative Board, which she implemented in 2014. She is a graduate of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber’s Alex Briseño Leadership Development Program and is a student at TX A&M – San Antonio, where she is pursuing her degree in Business Management. Adriana is also a recipient of the Texas Diversity Council’s DiversityFIRST Leadership Award.
A native of South Texas, Adriana grew up in Floresville, TX and has since made San Antonio home to her and her two children Cadence and Ryan. She makes it a point to give back to her community by supporting the local Christian Youth Organization as a coach, Girl Scouts as a troop leader/volunteer, Big brothers Big sisters as an active mentor and her church as the coordinator for the children’s group. Adriana strives to be a positive role model for her children & youth in the community.
